Website orders under $150 within Australia: $8.50 shipping, 1-8 days delivery;
Website orders to all other countries: $10.00 shipping, 7-10 days delivery;
Orders over $150 order to any country: Freight free

specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your
closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should
have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you. If you
still have not luck with the post office, please give us a call on 02 9557 2515 so we can look into the
delivery for you.
We are not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch, unless the
insurance option is chosen on the checkout.
All Parcels returned to sender (Research Nutrition) due to incorrect Address supplied by the
customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from post office will incur a $10.00 return fee.

Research Nutrition uses a courier service for most deliveries, and occasionally uses Australia Post (e.g. if a PO Box address is supplied). It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your local courier or post office. If your parcel has still not arrived after 7-8 days, please give us a call on 1800 110 158, and we can track your parcel for  you.
